Warning: This site contains truth and honesty. If you are not capable of handling, speaking or understanding these traits as they pertain to the ministry of Jesus Christ and his servants, you need to press the "back" button and return to ignorance or denial.

Foundation of this site:
First and foremost the reason for this site is because I have been burdened by the fact that Pastors are quitting at an alarming rate, I will get into stats later. I know this because I am one has wanted to quit many times and I continue to struggle with it. The "truth" is if you are reading this page you also are struggling or know someone who is, that's why you probably googled and found out about this page. Ahhhh, there it is, the truth. To quote Pontius Pilate when he asked Jesus, "What is truth?" (John 18:38). More about that later, I am just laying down the ground rules for this site right now.

B. This site is not about doctrine, if you are one of the many pious-gasbags that are just looking for an argument let me tell you now, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This site is about something that is common to every "shepherd" of God's Church regardless of what "tag" you wear. The only doctrine you will hear on this site is plain and simple, John 3:16. Nevermind the fact that most people that are looking for those arguments are just trying to prove to someone that they are smart when in actuality they continue to prove their ignorance about what they rant. It's just a poor disguise of who they really are.

Thirdly, you will not see my name or any specific information about me on this site for several reasons. In case you are wondering, I will give a very general bio because if you are like me you want to know if the person writing an article has any "real experience" or are they just one of those pious-gasbags that I referred to above. I am not hiding from anything by staying anonymous nor am I seeking any vain glory. This site is from a burden that I have carried that came from personal experience. As the vision for this ministry has become clearer through time, prayer and circumstances I can see other servants being attacked and defeated. It is real and it seems to be the "elephant in the living room" that nobody wants to admit exists.

But wait...................have you checked out the internet lately? There seems to a "hot topic" that is "emerging" on the scene that has been kept in the back of that dark closet for many years. Pastors and burn out. There seems to be more articles posted each day about it, how many of them are "real"? I can assure you this one is for real shepherds suffering from real issues of real life in a real ministry.

If you are good with these ground rules and if you would like to learn more about this battle that you fight, then enter.

"Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free" John 8:32 NIV
